This year’s Rosé is a from the Watch Hill Vineyard in Alisos Canyon in Los Alamos Valley, planted in 2002 Organically Farmed. Camp Four planted in 2001 in Los Olivos, sustainably farmed. Picked and sorted by hand, fermented and aged in stainless steel, on the lees, up until bottling.
Beautiful pale salmon color, bright, fresh, with great acidity. Tiny production in 2023, only 56 cases made. 100% of the fruit goes to press, no saignee.
