Certified Organic Grenache from the best block at Spear in the Sta. Rita Hills. Bright fruit, Rasberry, Strawberry, with hints of earth and spice. Fresh and bright. Picked and sorted by hand, Foot stomped, then a three day cold soak.
20% whole cluster, native ferment, fermented in open top fermenters, punched down by hand 2 times daily, then pressed and aged in neutral french oak on the lees for 6 months. Racked once just before bottling.
