Picked and sorted by hand.  Aged on the Lees in Stainless Steel until bottled. Handcrafted in the traditions of the world's finest Rosés, this wine calls for early summer picnics, chilled seafood, charcuterie, mild cheeses and sushi.

Chamise Shaley Loam. Biodynamically & Organically Farmed.

 

Bright fruit, Rasberry, Strawberry, with hints of earth and spice. Fresh and bright.  Picked and sorted by hand, Foot stomped, then a three day cold soak.

 

20% whole cluster, fermented in open top fermenters, punched down by hand 2 times daily, then pressed and aged in neutral french oak on the lees for 6 months. Racked once just before bottling.

Soil is a mixture of loam and clay loam, red and yellow chert, and serpentine. Located at the eastern-most point of Santa Ynez, this  AVA is 15 degrees warmer during the day and cool at night from the ocean breezes coming over the mountains, allowing this unique microclimate to beautifully ripen these bordeaux varietals.

 

Kaffir lime, lemon, bright citrus with lovely floral notes and flowering thyme. Crisp acidity, hints of tropical fruit and tangerine oil with a spectacular, long, clean finish.

 

A great pairing with grilled fish and stone fruit salad. 100% stainless steel. Aged on the lees. Fresh, vibrant, lots of acidity. Lower in alcohol. Super Food Friendly.

41 months on lees in French Oak, 30% New. Bottle Aged for 1 more year prior to release. This is a crowd pleaser. 53% Cabernet Franc, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot.

 

Very pretty with nice depth, soft tannins and well integrated oak. Drinking fantastic out of the gate, but will age beautifully.

Bottled after two years in French Oak, 30% new. This is a crowd pleaser. 46% Cabernet Franc, 27% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 14% Petit Verdot.

Loam and clay loam soils. Planted in 1972 as Cabernet Sauvignon. Grafted over to Gruner in 2008, Own Rooted. This wine is driven by minerality with wonderful acidity. A beautiful greenish hue. Jasmine, juniper, white pepper and lime. Medium body and very well focused. Amazing with grilled sausages, charcuterie, pickled vegetables, asparagus and sautéed pea shoots.

 

Grüner Veltliner is known as the most food-friendly wine varietal in the world. 100% stainless steel. Aged on the lees. Fresh, vibrant, lots of acidity. Lower in alcohol. Super Food Friendly.

Sandy Loam, Low nutrient soil. Planted in 1982, Own Rooted.

 

Fermented in barrel and stainless steel, then aged on the lees in 100% neutral French oak barrels. and stainless steel.  Classic old-world style Chenin with white flowers, white peach, nutmeg and wet stone. Loads of minerality, green papaya, meyer lemon, lean stone fruit and racy acidity.

 

Insane pairing with oysters and roast chicken. Fermented in both stainless steel and neutral barrel. Aged on the lees. Fresh, vibrant, lots of acidity. Lower in alcohol. Super Food Friendly.
